PRODUCTION
Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order number and a notice of completion via the email registered on our website. At the same time, we will start to arrange your orders. Since all items are handcrafted, the complete producing process of your order may take up to 3-14 working days, depending on the ordering quantities or ordering season.
- ORDERS IN TAIWAN (INCLUDING OUTLYING ISLANDS)
We offer direct shipments and non-paying in-store pickups (7-11/Family Mart/Hi-Life/OK); the orders will take around 1-3 days to arrive. However, an unexpected longer delivery time may occur due to logistics or national holidays.
Arrival: Your orders in Taiwan (including outlying islands) should take around 1-3 days to arrive, but an unexpectedly long delivery time may occur due to logistics or national holidays.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Our current studio locates in Taiwan, so we offer a worldwide shipping service. All international orders will be shipped through International Express Mail Service (EMS) from the post office. The estimated arrival time may vary depending on the address or the receiving area. Also, your items may be subjected to import duties, taxes, and other handling fees. We do not like this as much as you do, and unfortunately, we cannot get rid of this at the moment. But no need to worry yet! You can always check how much you have to pay for the shipping that varies by weight while you proceed to the checkout page.
Tracking your order: You may check the status of your shipment through the EMS International Mail Tracking System. If your items have arrived in the area/country, the EMS also provides fixed international mail/package checking websites for different countries.

Notice: Due to the pandemic, the logistics are still unstable and unpredictable. The delivery working days are Monday to Friday, and the overall arriving time will be added up by production or 3–14 working days from the studio. This information is only for your reference.
ADJUST YOUR RECEIVING ADDRESS
If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us via our email (yukixender@gmail.com) as soon as possible. However, once the product has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
CONDITIONS OF REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
All products from Yuki Xender are designed and handcrafted by multiple designers with unique components or mussel pearls, and each product before release will undergo a systematic quality check, under the circumstances, there are no returns or refunds that can be made currently. However, we understand and cannot guarantee each product will remain completely unharmed as the shipping process is unavoidable. We do accept such conditional refunds for international orders or exchanges for local orders in Taiwan. If you receive faulty products that were harmed by the delivery with serious damage, including items different from your purchase, or the item itself is seriously faulty, we kindly suggest you keep in contact with our customer service. Please follow the instructions below :
1. Contact us via Email within 7 days of you receiving your items, titling ‘Refund ’ and your ‘order number. Our E-mail: yukixender@gmail.com
2. To make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, you will have to attach the photos of the details and record a video of unpacking and checking.
Notice: If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the refund or replacement will not be made. Any intentional or mean request for refund or exchange will be trialed into a law case from our side and the memberships will be banned entirely from Yuki Xender.

Notice: The payment refund is specifically for the price of your purchase and its shipping fee. The rest does not include. Yuki Xender is studio-based in Taiwan. As international orders may be subjected to import taxes, and tariffs that customers will also have to deal with, we do not wish that complex process for any of our customers. So far, we do not offer an option of exchanging a new product for international orders but refund you with the payment. We highly appreciate your understanding and support and will thrive to provide an equal shopping environment for all global customers.

If the conditions that we’ve listed above are confirmed by our customer service team, you will receive details of two options:
Refund the payment, including the shipping fee, before and after the returning product is received.
Exchange a new product without refunds.
Notice: Yuki Xender is responsible for paying the delivery fee that may occur in between the procedure. The process may take at least 14 days due to the timing and seasons. Please be patient with us.
